Exercise Physiology

Exercise physiologists are trained medical professionals who specialise in personalised exercise therapy for specific individuals including those with complex medical conditions and injuries.

Our exercise programs and plans are all designed and delivered by our in-house exercise physiologist with the support of a personal trainer when needed. Individual sessions can be added into our weight loss and nutrition programs.

We aim to teach you transferable fitness skills that can be done at home, the office or the park, taking ownership is just that little bit easier.
