EvolvME…..our journey and personalised approach
Most of you may remember the old business name of “Optimal Wellness and Nutrition” or by my name only, Pennie Taylor, the dietitian you came to see. Over time, I know that I have shared my passion and future business direction with many of you…. FINALLY it’s arrived (Sept 2011).
EvolvME is an evidence-based wellness and lifestyle clinic that offers competitive patient pricing and expert advice from allied health practitioners including Accredited Practising Dietitians (APD) and Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP), Remedial Masseurs and Counselors/Client support groups. Advice from these health experts in a multidisciplinary manner means you are able to access affordable and complete health care in a nurturing environment.
Our mission is to support and encourage you in your journey to better health and to work with you to make sustainable, realistic and enjoyable lifestyle changes!
EvolvME adopts a personalised approach in helping you to reach your goals and offer phone, group and one-on-one support sessions to help you along your journey to better health; be it weight loss, diabetes management, cholesterol lowering and physical rehabilitation or for those striving for general wellness and even stress reduction.
EvolvME specialises in the nutritional and lifestyle management of weight loss surgery clients and we look after a range of clients who have undertaken a range of different surgery procedures, including Lap-Band, Sleeve Gastrectomy, Gastric Balloon and Gastric Bypass.
Integrity, support and education are the cornerstones of our business philosophy in ensuring we provide the best outcomes for current and future patients – after all we want you to enjoy the change!

We’re here to help you to continue to change or Evolve on your journey to a healthier and happier you, but, we also acknowledge that this is your personal journey “it’s all about ME” – so we literally put you in charge of your journey by putting the ME into Evolve and literally became EvolvME.
